This original Mid Century perspex pendant is a design marvel and encapsulates the UFO image we have of the flying saucer!
 
With its rigid transparent bottom half, it allows a controlled glow from the bulb, whilst the cream perspex top restricts the light leaking onto the ceiling.  Both halves are separated and highlighted by a copper band, which is in fantastic condition.
 
It is sleek, modern, and very cool - one of my favourite finds so far!
 
A very rare and original shade from this era.
 
This shade has been enhanced with a brand new antique lamp holder and ceiling rose.
